    Valet Trash Requirements

    Step 1. Make sure bags are tied without leakage.

    Step 2. Trash must be set out at 6:30 p.m (if trash is set outside before this time it can lead to a fine from your leasing office)

    Step 3. Our Valets will pick-up your trash from your door and dispose of it in the dumpster on-site.
